How much work would I have?
The amount of work depends on the scope of the unit standards you are accredited to assess, the demand for training and where you live.
If your scope of accreditation is in high-demand disciplines such as social work and youth work and you live in one of the major metropolitan areas, you will have more opportunities for work.
If you are willing to travel outside of your town/area and are able to conduct assessments during work hours, evenings and weekends, you will also attract more work.
The amount of assessment work will also depend upon the qualifications in which the trainee is enrolled (ie how many credits and at what level).
