Who will evaluate my application?

The ITO has a register of NQF evaluators who have credibility within their industries and as teaching professionals (L5-7). All evaluators must complete a Conflict of Interest Form before being confirmed to work on any particular application. 

Initial evaluation

When your application is received, a decision is made about who will conduct the initial document evaluation. Depending on the scope of accreditation you are seeking, it could be ITO national office staff or someone from the Register of NQF Evaluators. 

The purpose of the initial evaluation is to check that you have included all the basic information to cover the accreditation criteria and for the ITO to identify areas of focus for a site visit, if required. The evaluator will decide on a case-by-case basis whether it is better to resolve documentation issues before or during the site visit.
