Withdrawal policy
If you withdraw from an ITO training agreement within 14 working days of receipt of the acceptance letter, you or your employer will receive a refund for any assessment fees that have been paid (ie the $5.00 fee per credit). The administration fee of $112.00 (incl GST) is non-refundable.
Fees will only be refunded on receipt of the Withdrawal Form.
